I thought of braised ribs & Sujeonggwa
maybe because Chuseok is approaching, so I bought them!

โ๏ธ Braised Ribs Recipe
A. Ribs 1.2kg
B. 1 onion, garlic, ginger, whole pepper, water (enough to soak the ingredients)
C. Seasoning soy sauce (all-purpose soy sauce) 1C
Pear extract 60ml
Garlic 2T
Green onion 3T
Pepper A bit
Sesame oil 2T
Broth 1C
D. Radish, carrot, shiitake mushroom, chestnut, jujube, ginkgo, broth 2C, starch syrup 2T
1. A Drain blood for 4 hours
Blanch for 5 minutes in hot water
Wash cleanly
2. Boil blanched A with A-1
for 50 minutes
3. Get the meat only, put in C
and rest it for 20 minutes
4. Boil for 30 minutes
5. Put in D and boil for 20 minutes more
โ๏ธ Seasoning Soy Sauce (All-Purpose Soy Sauce) Recipe
Mix and boil soy sauce 2L, sugar 700g, cooking wine + refined rice wine 500ml, and braised veggie water 200ml. Add one lemon and one apple, and then cool it down
Veggie braised water: Put in water 400ml, onion 400g, garlic 4, ginger 1, and whole pepper, then boil them until they are boiled down to 200ml
You can use the seasoning soy sauce sold in the market, but there may be difference in salinity :)
