ITC has many other businesses IT, Agri business, paper, hotels etc. Similar to titan, they may not be market leader in gold business in particular city. but overall, they are the market leader in listed gold jewel company.

Shyam says ITC food business is not growing well and it will not become a big food company in the future. Anand says it will become a big food company in the future. You both are predicting and at this moment we can not say who is right. Anyway its investors choice to choose whether to invest in ITC or not at 25 PE. You do not overreact to Anand and do not try to prove that your future prediction will be right. Nobody can predict the future.
