I take spatone for my iron it’s abit pricey but it’s liquid form I add into a shot glass with orange juice and down it… it taste like iron metal otherwise reminds me of being a child sucking the trolley 😂😂

Oh a fitbit Darcy always used to wear hers Olly hasnt ever asked for one he did have a cheaper version of a fitbit from Amazon so a fitbit could be a good option. Thank you ❤️ x
