Hello Catherine, balance is a great word for your upcoming year. It is important to pay just as much attention to your mental health, as it is to your physical health. If that means a few less videos than that is perfectly fine. We won't stop watching, at least I believe most people won't. Take care of yourself.

Hi Catherine and thanks for sharing. My little sister died back in April 2023 and as you can imagine it's been tough since missing her so much. All that said to say this... I learned so much from her battle with cancer and how she handled it all . To say she was a trooper would be an understatement. Watching what brought a smile to her face and gave her delight was so heart warming. So with that my word for this year is joy and finding what brings me joy and being able to spread joy where and when I can. Ive decided also.. if it doesn't bring me joy I ain't doing it lol That applies to anything other than the necessary everyday things that need doing. So after rambling somewhat id like to say I love your word, your work and your videos. I wish you an amazing joyful 2024 🎉😊 And also please know that your videos helped to get me through many tough days last year so Thank you and much love ❤️

Happy New year! I've got my cuppa ☕ Take care 💕 Oh girl, NO is the most powerful word for us people pleasers. Learned it in my late 20's. It gets easier the more you do it. 50/50 vinegar/water will neutralize the urine. Raising 5 kittens last summer I found that out. You may have to do it a few times but it's way cheaper.

I have only been watching a few years and since I've seen all those videos I've started looking at the older ones that I haven't seen or the ones I could watch over and over like one of my favorites, the Christmas bauble wreath. Happy 2024 Catherine! You are humble! I became a mom last year. Plus I lost my best friend to cancer and my grandfather to oldness, and then we moved right before christmas so 2023 was very very very overwelming… I was also disappointed with my professional life during the year because in 2024 we are still being badly treated for being women and becoming a mom. Because of this I have two words for the year: “settle” and “pivot”. I will try to focus on getting some rotines back into my life and enjoy my home and family. But also try to diversify my efforts to start projects so I can have choices in the next few years regarding my income and carrier. ❤

I like taking January to rest and reflect on what I'd like to do in the year ahead. I normally set a savings goal, career goal and personal goal (usually experiences based). I also WFH and completely agree it can be very isolating. I also try to get involved in activities to counteract it. My career goal this year is actually to reduce my hours to part-time so I doubt anyone will judge you for prioritising a healthy work life balance! Overworked in 2023 is very accurate description. 😂
