Join us on a well planned 24 hour trip to London that turns into a slightly messy 36 hour trip to London.

She really wanted to see Hadestown, but London hotels are 💸 so we booked the red eye flight to get there with the plan of returning to the airport at the end of the night & getting the red eye flight home.
This didn't go according to plan, but cute cafes, musicals, sushi and cocktails made it hard to be mad at!
Tomorrow is my birthday 🎂

Make sure you claim compensation for your delay, BA are very generous and you'll get a shedload of money for a delay that long! Looks like you had fun. :)

@@YoungsterBeccy Honestly, do. I got £250 back from them for a 5-hour delay recently. It's fairly easy to claim and they pay out quickly.

I’ve had a situation like that in London with cancelled transport back so I know how that feels. Went down there on the train in September last year to see The Lion King, I emerged from the theatre after to find out someone had been by a train on that route. It just became the case of going back to Kings Cross and boarding the first train I could get on (luckily for me as staff it didn’t cost me a penny). Hoping you can claim compensation from British airways for that.
