Wow! You are really doing great with this deadlifting. I'm beginning to wonder if you're not preparing for some big puppeteering job. Judging by what you're capable of deadlifting, I think you could handle just about any size puppet.

I love a good birthday haul! I haven't made a video about it, but I always like to "pose" all my presents for a photo so I can look back each year at what I got. I also got a few notebooks because I thought they where some great looking books, but then I haven't written in them because I don't want to ruin them. It's a weird thing 😅

Honestly one thing I've got to say about women is they are generally much better at learning form. Guys just want to go for heaviest weights, women are happy to lift light and learn good form

How interestinggg. I didn't go any heavier in this session for that exact reason. I wasn't confident enough that I had learned the form yet

@@YoungsterBeccy yeah from my experience men tend to ego lift a lot and will lift a lot heavier with improper form. Women on the other hand tend to go in the opposite direction and lift with proper form but nowhere near enough weight.

@@YoungsterBeccy I use a week-to-a-page diary as the basic building block, which I use for most appointments and daily tasks. If I have a particularly busy day with a lot of tasks I use a day planner insert and file that in on the day concerned. I have plenty of plain notepaper inserts to hand for any notes I need to take down, and file them in as I go. I keep a separate to-do list for more long term stuff. Also have a year planner for putting work days, trips etc on, so I can see what days I'm busy.

Gotta love Zippy! Make sure you keep him well supplied with sausages, they're his favourite. He thinks he's the best in the world at singing. That's when the zip comes in handy.

Notebooks are great gifts! Most tend to be work/business/lyric ideas related for me but I got a really nice moleskine notebook last year which I used for personal goals for the year. And now I don't want to put anything else into it so that this specific notebook has some kind of focus

We call that copper tubing in the U.S. Is it varnished? Uncoated copper will darken, and then turn green.

@@YoungsterBeccy I like the look of oxidized copper, but the green "rust" rubs off easily. Not good for indoors. It's so bright and shiny, I thought it was probably varnished. I enjoyed the video!
