Great bag but 13L’s just too large to make sense as a sling, should have been a backpack.

Thanks for the review, it's almost a perfect sling bag with a few changes (listed below) As the bag ships, I appreciate the short key clip because they put it in the felt pouch where I usually put my sunglasses. The long key straps just let your keys have full range of the pocket, this way my car's key fob is actually up/out of the way, rather than taking up more valuable space in that pocket. (scratching up your phone, glasses, etc). Still a design flaw though, as it should be located elsewhere. 1. Add FIDLOCK buckle to bottom portion of the shoulder pad, this allows for quick removal, easier deployment (no hair issues), and makes the pack integrate better if you're using other gear/packs. 2. Add strap keeping elastic; move the key clip outside of the felt pouch. 3. Allow the very front flap drop pouch to be zipped ALL THE WAY down (clamshell) and hide more organization or even molle-compatible webbing behind the front panel with a small area to roll the flap up and tuck it away. 4. I love the colorful in-your-face look of the brand overall, but add more black bags with color accents or anything just slightly more masculine (the market is flooded with tactical molle stuff, so don't get me wrong, I'm not asking for that). 5. Modify so that either the felt pouch OR the "hidden" back pocket have RFID blocking, a spot for anyone travelling to have peace of mind for their cards/passport.

Ive been using this bag for the past 2 years and really loved the concept of it. In practice, I never found it seamlessly comfortable. There is a bit of wear and fade from the trips and hikes I've taken it on I enjoyed using it as my daily carry for 2 years, but it will be downgraded to my hiking bag since I decided to replace it with the Aer Travel Sling 2.

Can't you just unclip the bag from the side to avoid getting your hair messy?
