Thanks so much Julie! It's come on so quickly with very little 'interference' from me. It's all about explaining the 'why' with gardening. That way other gardeners can learn and succeed more 🥰 Happy Gardening Julie. Lee

Fabulous looking border Lee. I too bought 72 plug plants for £2.99 this year, i potted them on for a few weeks and now half of each variety are in the garden and thriving. I kept half back in the greenhouse just in case they didn’t survive the winter. It’s amazing how much they grow in a few weeks.

Wow, I'm guessing that the trees came in pots so that their root system wasn't damaged when you planted them, hence establishing very quickly.
@Gardenninja
@Gardenninja Жыл бұрын
Hi Barrios. Id had them in containers for a few years. When I planted them out I root pruned them. Ie used secateurs to slice through them and trim them sparking fresh root growth once planted. Well watered and bingo theyre fine! 🥷🤘🥰
