That's a very unique block❤ If you have seen an orthopedic surgeon might be a good time? If you have De Quervain's Tendinosis the nerves may not recover if you wait. I had to have surgery to release pressure from nerves. It's like carpal tunnel but for thumb. Wishing you the best outcome and full recovery from whatever your thumb is doing.😊❤

I wear a hand brace with a medal strip which keeps my thumb in place and it really helps with the pain. You may want to invest in a stronher hand support.

I wear one of the same braces (with the metal support) and it has helped along with CBD cream.

I have the same problem but with my left hand (along with a brace). I have used CBD on it and it has helped tremendously. Just a thought!

I understand the problem with your wrist and thumb. You have a right hand issue and i have the same with my left hand. Difference is I'm nearly 79 and you seem to be very much younger. But we both still want to sew.
