NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
flour - 700 g (sifted)
fresh milk - 350 ml. (warm)
eggs - 2 pcs.
dry yeast - 14 gr.
sugar - 1 tbsp.
salt - 2 tsp.
cow butter - 50 g (melted)
yolk - 1 pc. (for spreading)
oil - 1 tbsp. (for spreading)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Put some of the milk in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast to it. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast. Add salt to the flour and stir. Design a well. Add the remaining milk, butter, eggs and yeast. Knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise in the heat for one hour. Divide the dough into 15 equal parts. Form balls and arrange them in a tray with baking paper, spaced apart. Cover with a clean towel and leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Add a little oil to the yolk and beat with a fork. Carefully spread the bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the middle, for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
