Most like it, some don’t. There is no point running in a new location and not knowing what you are seeing. The idea of the camera panning and information is to make it feel like two friends discovering a new location. You take care; your lockdown, Brexit coming in to play, and winter must be making life tough at the moment. Thanks for taking time to write

Mnóstwo się mówi teraz o treningu oraz ćwiczeniach, ale według mnie jeśli ktoś chce wyłącznie schudnąć (a nie wyrobić super muskuły) tak jak ja chciałam to tak naprawdę wystarczy głównie zdrowo jeść, czyli nie spożywać wiele przetworzonych produktów spożywczych przez które w głównej mierze tyjemy. Oprócz tego oczyścić organizm i pić dużą ilość czystej wody. Sama zawsze powtarzam, że 80% to odżywianie, a 20 procent to ćwiczenia. Polecam sobie samemu poczytać info odnośnie diety Anusi, tam kobieta opisuje jak zrzuciła więcej niż 10 kg w taki właśnie sposób, spożywając przede wszystkim naturalne produkty spożywcze, bez wykonywania większych ćwiczeń :)

Witaj Marta, Dziękuję za poświęcenie czasu na komentarz. Nikt nie jest w stanie samemu przekroczyć spożycia kalorii; czy jedzą „dobrą” czy „złą” żywność. Wszyscy są zgodni co do tego, że połączenie kontrolowanego spożycia kalorii i ćwiczeń fizycznych daje najlepsze rezultaty. Ostatecznie każda osoba jest inna i ma inny sposób myślenia i przekonania. Ten kanał w niewielkim stopniu zapewnia pomoc osobom, które podjęły decyzję o ćwiczeniach i chcą z jakiegokolwiek powodu kontynuować trening w pomieszczeniu. Hello Marta, Thank you for taking the time to comment. No one can out train calorie consumption alone; whether they are eating ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods. All persons agree that a combination of controlled calorie intake and exercise achieves the best results. In the end every person is different and has a different mind set and beliefs. This channel in a small way provides assistance to people who have made the decision to exercise and wish to continue their training indoors for whatever reason.
