Very nice. Yeah, more often than not the more "funky" neighborhoods are populated by artist types... who are then priced out of the area when it becomes hip. I kinda find the irony of pricing out the folks who made the area authentic and making it desireable morbidly comical. It has happened in more areas than I care to mention. It was a great tour... Thank You and Cheers!

At this point, it has become a real estate strategy for big developers to profit off the artists and college students reviving affordable neighborhoods

Nice video once more. They get better each time. I had to laugh at when you videoed your feet as way, way back in my past, a travel log movie of Niagara Falls used film clips of people's feet walking as scene divisions and for some reason I always remember that film.

Hi Diana! I’m a barista! And I live in Chile! Here there are mixed opinions about the tips situación, is really common to give 10% of the total in tips but that’s mainly on restaurants to the kitchen and the waiters, almost everybody does it…. But when it comes to baristas it is a little bit different especially on coffee shops like Starbucks (where I work) that are more “fast food” like, I see it in my costumers they are not very willing to give tips because as you said is a 2 minutes service and it’s over…. On the other hand as baristas we have a bigger work load and also requires a bit more skill than most people think and it’s frustrating how little we get paid for it (in general is the minimum wage which in South America is not much at all) so tips are a big help and hugely appreciated… so that’s my inside I’ll keep watching the video! 👌🏼😉 Ps: Beautiful video as always! Thanks for sharing! ✨Toronto look an amazing place I’m definitely putting it on my bucket list!

I appreciate this comment very much! I guess you are right, you only see baristas handling your beverage but you can’t see they are there since 6am preparing stuff. I just wish giant companies like Starbucks gave a bit more than just minimum wage. Thanks for watching again, Josefina ❤️

Hey Diana! I recently stumbled across your Camino videos and I enjoyed them so much which led me to watch quite a few more of your videos. I love your content and the way you film your videos. They are so simple and beautiful and make me feel so calm. If you’re willing, could you please share what equipment you use to film your videos? Please keep up with making videos!

haha, me too always! I am 100% adjasted to American tipping culture 😄 sometimes in a coffee shop I tip less but still my coffee usually turns out to be $6+ haha. I always drink coffee home and when I am out in a coffee shop I try to order something more interesting than just black coffee so with the tip included my cup of coffee is more expensive than some poeple's meals 😁
