I didn’t get anything from it. What point other than everything being in a state of flux, did she actually make?
@alishaebrahim85722 жыл бұрын
She spoke about the importance of adapting to change, but it was also more than that. She spoke about the importance of utilizing bioinformatics in research and innovation, and as bioinformatics is a field that many don’t know about, it was very informative and unique. She also spoke about how we have to remember that technology is not something to avoid or be scared of, it’s available for us to better quality of life and create a world that we can be proud of. Lastly, she spoke about taking risks, and how whether you’re a student downloading the newest version of software for analysis, or you’re a big corporation facing the choice to adapt or continue down the same path, we have to always do what’s right, not what’s easy. Essentially, her point wasn’t just about our world being in a constant state of flux, it was about harnessing technology and change to better our society, not just at a higher corporate level, but as something that any individual can do.

First you panic. Panic and start praying oh god, oh god, oh god what do I do! Then you say tell me what to do ( since I don't have an IT department). Then I get brave for a second and shut down my system,. Sitting in front of the off computer frantically praying and screaming for God to show me what to do. Waiting a half hour while praying like something magical will happen if a pray a moment longer, then rebooting. And the computer boots up. Slowly, and works long enough to back up my system to my T1. So, feeling more comfortable that I've backed up, i restart the computer and it reboot just fine at normal speed. Phew! Thank God!
