Could CTE Be Diagnosed in People Before Death?

I would love to know if this could be diagnosed, that would help so much for fmr high school football players as well as college and pro. I love the game, and I miss the contact, but I hate how I feel sometimes now. Headaches, constant pressure, anger flares. Unfortunately some of the same things are diagnosed as add or adhd , would be awesome to find out what effects of CTE could also be diagnosed
