Since the ctp of conquest wasn't added anywhere, nor the new premium card, I don't think these OB's will be in the combine. You'll need to buy them. Plus for Cyke's T4, I would've liked a team buff skill would be nice, making him great for OWB, but I dont think it'll happen.

The thing is, they screwed him when he got the modern uniform to begin with. He should’ve been the second t4 back when Jean got her t4. They done that couple times now with a character who was capable of going t4 and they chose to just give another uniform and skip the t4

Said this on the reddit but I'll repeat it here, I think the most likely outcome here is he doesn't get a uniform at all in this patch cycle, but gets one for X-Men '97. Him getting a T4 now opens up that update to give a T4 to somebody else (since he'd have been the obvious choice otherwise, all the other big hitters already have one), and they can pull him up to compete with the current meta at that time with a good uniform. His 90s look is always one of his most popular, so a BTB style redo of it similar to Spidey wouldn't be out of the question. It sucks for the current update, but without breaking their traditions with T4s, none of the other characters in this update could get a T4. They've never given a character a T3/Transcendence and a T4 in the same update, ever, even when it would have made more sense for the update. They'll make somebody else the T4, even somebody that doesn't match the theme (see Black Widow getting her T4 for the She-Hulk mid-month update instead of She-Hulk, since She-Hulk didn't have a T3 yet). The other option if Cyclops isn't getting a uniform when X-Men '97 drops is that they could buff his Modern uniform in this update instead. They've done that before with Taskmaster when he got his T3 a year after his BW movie uni dropped, so they buffed his uniform to compensate. I don't think they'll do that if Cyclops is getting a uniform for X-Men '97, they'll let his current uniform languish for a bit before replacing it for X-Men '97, but if they're not gonna do a new uni for X-Men '97 then a buff for his current uniform could at least make his T4 more viable. Biggest QOL fix for his current uniform, as somebody who's used it extensively, would be to make his 3 and 5 more easily cancelled so he can rack up a better chain hit count (and be more proc friendly). Some increases to his buffs, specifically his accumulation and the chain hit on his uniform passive, could also help quite a bit. I'm a Cyclops fan personally, he's favorite character in the game, so I'm happy he's getting a T4 period. I've seen a ton of people saying he shouldn't have one at all because he's just a support, and that bothers me tremendously. They can balance characters to be both, we've seen them do it with characters like Shuri and Green Goblin, and Cyclops's support isn't even that good. As a fan of the character, I want to play with that character. I don't want to just slap him on a team to buff somebody else, I want to use him, even if he's not meta. I still want him to be better, but like most mutants in the game, he tends to get the short end of the stick so I'm trying to stay realistic.

It doesn’t seem like the Odin’s Blessings actually makes any difference to Rogue because if you have say 1 mind damage on each of her skills it’s only going to increase the damage for the skills that do mind damage just like lightning would for Thor and so on.

If you're a huge blubbery whale who has shitton of odins blessings then yeahh giving rogue 12 of the new ones makes sense. But if you give rogue an elemental OB, it doesn't help all of her kit, it only helps a specific skill or 2. So I think it's important to know that if you have very few of the new OBs, then do NOT equip them on Rogue as you don't get the whole of their value as you would on someone else.

How the hell did you reach those attack and hp numbers? I got almost all r6 urus (and six Odins blessings) on him and several r6 red stars iso 8s and a good gear on him plus a mythical suit (the one in this video) and I only reached 30K plus in attack and around 27K in hp. Four Premium cards of decent tier too.

Honestly, it would be a terrible idea if cyclops gets no new uni by the mid month, so unless they tweak his current uni to compete, no way aside from whales or diehard fans would t4 him. Hopefully the new odins can be accessed through future combine events or in the story fragments. Honestly they should of have odins that have attack and hp or attack with ignore dodge.

I would expect these new OBs to be WORSE for rogue tbh. This is since she may have the ability to use multiple elements, but each skill only deals one type of elemental damage. So individually, each OB will only properly buff 2 or 3 skills at best.

This sounds like someone who hasn’t been playing the game very long would say. Because they used to have the same issues with T2’s (and still do) but yet they would give several characters T3 and Transcendence with actually useful uniforms that felt like huge steps up from where the characters were prior to the uniform and upgrade. So now just because they have gotten lazy we should accept more lazy behavior? The past 2 years they have gotten worse and worse and worse. And I honestly think it is just complacency because they know people will make excuses for them and spend money regardless of how bad it gets so they think they can just continue to make lazy choices and get away with it.

Cyclops is used at lead/support and that is it. 99% of players will not use him as a damage dealer. So hardly anyone is going to T4 him even if he got a new uni. Since no game modes only requires T4.

All I can say is that the game is dying and has no chance of being a top game let alone back to where it was. The devs have no idea how to run the game and hope you enjoy the slow for failing ship. Only way I can see the devs to save the game is a major overhaul with comms with the devs as well as some roadmap but that will never happen. Why cause this game sucks and will fail overtime to the greed of these devs and them only wanting to milk in news ways not make a game.
