Technically your observation was right since the author just made an inaccurate review of the hero when (alex) compared her to an entirely different character. Cassie became ineffective in this trial because her energy atk was consistently thwarted by Proxima's energy defence (whilst proxima wasnt able to do with Katy since she is a physical dealer) In conclusion, cassie is not a trash hero at all! 😁😸👍

The thing that frustrates me is that we have T4 characters now. Getting T2-only characters in Katy's time, when T3/Transcended had been well established but was still the ceiling, was annoying but at least could be stomached. With T4, though, I can no longer stomach that, it's ridiculous. They shouldn't be touching a character without giving them a 6th skill of some kind, the days of releasing a new character or giving a character a uniform only to leave them at T2 **need** to be over. If a character is touched in an update whatsoever, they get a T3/Transcendence. Period. This shit needs to stop.

Proxima has higher energy defence to the extent that energy based characters like Cassie cannot clear it without Pierce, Katy had advantage cos she physical based... Should have tested them on Corvus or Thanos...a Neutral Battlefield 👍

I'm pretty sure they're deliberately introducing weaker characters so that they can get upgraded in future MCU phases without completely breaking powercreep. Doesn't mean Cassie is worth the biosub, but I think characters like this are necessary to prevent game design from spiraling (more) out of control.

If I am being honest, I feel that the devs made a mistake, but not in the sense that they would like, 'oh, let's be f***ing idiots and release a character that can't do sh*t!' I mean in the sense that they made (I am literally praying to god that this is true) a genuine mistake in maybe the damage numbers, or the buff percentages. Look, I know I sound like an idiot myself, but I feel like Netmarble is honestly greedy, but not stupid. The decisions they make are typically because all they see are dollar signs in their eyes instead of what actually makes sense. However, I find it very hard to believe that they would make a character THAT sh*t. I mean, they didn't have to make her meta, they could have made her just decent. I have literally never seen them shaft a character that badly before. Like, every new uniform is at the very least an upgrade from it's predecessor, right? Listen, if the devs don't fix Cassie, I will take back everything I have said in the above paragraph, but until then, I really am praying they aren't THAT dumb.

Proxima in world boss has high resistance to energy damage, and even though Cassie is speed type, she is actually energy attack based. That’s why Cassie can’t do high damage to Proxima. Suggest retest Cassie with Corvus in world boss, that’ll be more fair to her.

Silly to not use the P-Card build. The devs dont even care about new players. Shoot, they dont care about RETURNING players. If they did, they wouldn't purposefully put the best CTPs behind a $50 paywall, while the "nornal" means never drop a good CTP. Which means shitty progression. Im still pissed at how huge of a difference a single CTP Of Rage made. I have no pierce dmg right now because the devs made that craft bs rng, make it take forever to get crafting cubes, and make Dimension Rifts just crap on purpose. But just that CTP of Rage on my T3, King In Black Venom makes Knull winnable now, I can clear GBR Sentinel solo now, and I beat Sector 6 & 7 in Dispatch. All of that NEVER happened with shitty Extreme Obelisks. And those support passives, how is more dmg against Heroes & Villains, NOT better than just higher Crit? Back to Knull, the support team I use, focuses on dmg, I have Hulk & She-Hulk for increasing all basic attacks(which is ALL damage, Idk why they changed the name), while Carnage & Scream are for decreasing Knull's dmg & Groot for higher recovery rate. And thats on top of having T3 Shuri(in her Wakanda Forever uniform). So its tons dmg making Venom's dmg from the CTP even better, leading me to beating Knull very quickly. I doubt I'd have the same result with a support that helps ONLY crit dmg. New players are stuck with mostly shit & will never fight Knull, and certainly wont unlock him in the first place, and returning players will never have just the BEGINNING of that nsane dmg that all these videos show. Unless they spend $50 to get a CTP Of Rage(a CTP of their choosing, but the Rage one hits like a truck), which I DONT recommend & will never defend, but I wont blame you if you do. Meanwhile, its whales that got 6 blue stars on ALL 5 Premium Cards, and theyre able to clear all the WBLs, and clear Dimension Rifts in under 1 minute.

It's good, but the critical point is that she is a paywall chara, the fact that there is a lot of better speed type support/dealers that also not a paywall chara make her lot hit way more, even if compare to Maya Lopez or Katy, she's worse than both of them, way worse. Netmarbel did Cassie dirty, it isnt Cassie's fault. Edit: Alex u should compare both of them in corvius because Cassie is energy dealer, and proxima has high energy Def
