My uncle has the issue just like you're brother ; he too used to stay sick and under the weather almost everytime. He too got close to death twice or thrice in childhood. I came to know all this when recently he got serious again. My point is my my uncle has survived he is probably 67 68 something and still going strong. You're brother will too.(he might have some difficult times at times, but he will go strong )
