I am always on board for Minnesota but I completely agree. ARMY made the cut, Minnesota did not. Did they penalize ARMY for a late game, which is a tradition? If it doesn't matter then I'm amazed they didn't put Colorado in a bowl just for the noise

Picking a Taulialess Maryland facing a talent heavy Auburn to lose… sure. But to single out Maryland to be the most lopsided bowl loss for the BIG… lol oofff… Afterwards Maryland proceeded to dominate Auburn, becoming the only BIG team to win against a SEC opponent other than Michigan. Great take gents! 😅

Northwestern should be way more motivated. The issue I see is Vegas is a fantastic destination but the date stinks! Dec 23 night is a horrible time to travel for northwestern fans. Lots of Utah fans will just drive and have zero travel issues. Plus a ton of Utah alumni in Vegas anyway or super close in southern Utah , northwestern. It’s a great game for northwestern I just hate the date of it

He isn’t terrible he is better than Kyle could ever be that’s why when Ryan Day took a vote before the season on the starting QB the coaches favored brown 7 votes to 4. The players rallied around Brown and wanted him to start as well, and every time Devin came in the game the team had way better energy and scored almost every time rather it was Brown rushing for a score or throwing. And when Brown is in the game since he is a better runner than Kyle our run game with the running backs open up a ton and our yards we carry were way better with him in the game as well. Maybe pay attention and read between the lines before making a dumb ass comment. Day choose Kyle because he was scared that if he choose Devin then Kyle would transfer and OSU would not have any depth at QB in case of injury and he knew Brown would stay.

Im sorry but with all of these opt outs, bowl games are meaningless now. I really don't care what the Big Tens bowl record is because it doesn't mean anything other than a spring game 2.0 to see what next years team might look like.

I completely disagree. Opt outs challenge depth charts but that doesn't count out any team. I'm a buckeye I'm very interested to see how opt outs and transfers be gone, how we play against Missouri with a reduced squad this is a test of the depth of what Ryan Day has put together. And the same applies for every non playoff team it's a challenge of depth and true meaning of team

You guys don't know what you are talking about regarding OSU's game with Missouri. First, OSU is excited to play against a quality opponent and most of their core players are going to play. Second, Devin Brown was always better than Kyle Middlin' McCord but Ryan Day made a big mistake and yielded to family pressure to play McCord. Brown is much more competitive and a better athlete. You guys are way too logical about OSU's QB situation but if Day were worried about the QB position, he would have gone into the portal. Third, OSU has gotten healthy on defense, a defense that was one of the best in the country. Missouri will be tested like they were against Georgia. Fourth, Ryan Day is going to turn the hounds loose against Missouri and play loose and free (remember the game last year against Georgia). Not tight Ryan Day and the way he coaches against Michigan.

OSU will have almost all starters play. Almost all draft eligible players have announced they are playing in the bowl game including Hancock, Egbuka, Hall, Simon, Burke and others. Not to mention Brown has given this team a huge shot of energy and is a better QB than Kyle.

Penn State beat Washington with via vea. Lions will show up with a big defense in the offense. Will be able to move the ball because Mississippi hasn't seen this offense

Ohio State is amped for this bowl game, Ryan and these players want this win badly. Kyle leaving has gave this team a huge shot of energy, players wanted Devin the be the starter before the season, so did the coaches. Rayn held a vote among the OSU coaches and Devin won the vote over Kyle 7-4 before the season. Devin is the better QB Day just chose Kyle because he was a more veteran player and knew that if he chose Brown Kyle would hit the portal and leave the QB depth non existent. Day choose the wrong QB it’s that simple, when Brown came in OSU scored and the team had a completely different feel because he is a great leader. Go read some quotes from Egbuka and Denzel Burke, Egbuka was throwing shade at Kyle and his lack of energy and lack of mobility then complimented Brown on his ability to throw and him being able to scramble and extend plays. Burke said he has Brown has been a monster in bowl prep with great accuracy and that he has a Cannon for for an arm (Egbuka said the same thing. When the O lineman was asked about Kyle transferring they had a short answer and mentioned how he told some people but they found out about it through Twitter, Kyle didn’t have a great relationship with the o line or most of the locker room, not saying they disliked him but I am saying they weren’t close like Devin is with the team. Read between the lines and watch the interviews of the players and you’d see Brown is a better QB.

He never really got a chance he was out there for one or two series and was pulled even on series they scored on. Once the season went on he started to look much much better. He had two TD passes that showed his arm talent one to Innis and one to Carnell Tate that looked better than any pass McCord has ever thrown. Not to mention the fact he can run which Kyle couldn’t.

NW: nice design; would be better without the LV sign (A-) MIN: the extra stuff on each side of the player feels forced (C+) RUT: simple but clearly communicates the message (A) PSU: design is WAY too busy after the title, (C) Ohio: design would be better as just the helmet with the hat and the trophy (C) MD: feels more like a concert with football players? (C+) WIS: LSU logo and a lot of text not legible (D+) IOW: Is this a giant statue of Nebuchadnezzar? are the fans supposed to bow at the sound of the music? (D+) MICH: failed to turn in the assignment (F) Ticket designs are much better than these posters. Do away with these stupid bowl games. Set up a Conference Supremacy tournament. Pit 1-14 against like ranked conferences and divisions (B1G E v SEC E 1-7; B1G W v. Big 12 1-7; PAC12 1-7 v ACC 1-7; All the rest play the SEC W) and rotate the match ups every year. The Conference with the most wins, wins the Conference supremacy trophy. And give each conference half road/half home games.
