Could the Philippines produce the Best Coffee?

As a Melbournian, from Australia, we pride ourselves on our coffee culture, BUT could the Philippines produce an amazing coffee? Could this coffee even rival the best in the world?
I take my coffee very seriously! Very seriously. One of the few things that I brought with me from Australia to the Philippines is my coffee machine. I have been searching for coffee beans in Cavite and I heard about this place.
This is my journey to a wonderful coffee farm near Tagaytay in Amadeo.
Perhaps this is not the Kopi Luwak, but certainly this Amadeo Artisan Coffee Farm produces coffee that rivals any coffee that I have tasted in Melbourne (widely considered the Coffee Capital of the World). You need to taste this coffee to understand what I am talking about!

That was Absolute Torture to watch. I could almost smell the Coffee. I had a bad fall at work in 2013 that left me a crip with blood clots. I haven't had a sip of coffee since. Oh and that looked so so freaking Good! I can't wait to conquer these blood clots. I so so miss my morning cup of Joe. Green Tea is good, but I need my Coffee back. And that setting was unreal as well.

Much appreciated! I enjoyed that one. It did take me going back 3 times to get the right shots.. or was that the coffee!!! I enjoyed the coffee too much so had to go and get more lol!

Great work, Roland. Are you in Bohol? I went there as a kid for Habitat For Humanity, and absolutely loved it. Just so you know, it looks like you may have edited your subtitles with html, but the coding is still visible. Loving your work here!

Thank you Tom… yes, the subtitles were done a particular way, but they did something strange. I will have to look into it to see what happened. They were autogenerated by DaVinci resolve, but maybe I imported them wrong? I am in Cavite, which is in Luzon (the same island that Manila is on…about 1.5 hours away from Manila… but is about the same distance as Ringwood is from Melbourne.

I just checked the titles… it seems to be working now… maybe it works well on a computer and TV, but not on a phone?

But I was doing some video in the next video with the hat on. I do have my cow hide leather hat still, but it needs to be adjusted and fitted. You can tell the difference by the way that it has no colours on it!
