Crap was all over my line yesterday along with some seagrass. But there was a ton of bait out there

Fished lighthouse and the fishing g was difficult but no dead fish. Algae everywhere

This morning the beach was covered with brown slime. The underside of my car is coated with the junk. It made for treacherous walking, I nearly slipped and fell a few times. It made the water dirty too and the fish were not biting. Lots of mullet, but my cast net got slimed with every throw.
