You should look at a big scandal in Norway. The Europa confrens leugue team Bodø Glimt where suposed to play a cup match against Aalesund FK in the quaterfinals of the Norwegian Cup. Bodø wanted to move the game earlier because of the ecl, and the Norwegian FA approved without asking Aalesund if it where okey. Aalesund had a massiv covid outbreak and a lot of injuries so they clearly didnt have the players to play earlier. But the Norwegian FA didnt care, and said if the Aalesund did not play, they would pay a fine and be kicked out of the tornument for 3 years. But Aalesund had no choice, they had to forfit the game. Neither Bodø or the FA didnt care, and in the end Bodø won on walkover because the FA moved it on a date that Aalesund could not play. Luckly in the end, at least Aalesund didnt got any penalty.

Also, NFF (the Norwegian FA) told Aalesund FK they would be compensated for the walkover. Seems like NFF doesn't know their own rules and tried to gloss over it... as always. NFF pretty much paid for Bodø Glimt to have a healthy schedule to Aafk's dismay.

So many of the decisions being made do not affect the russian government at all and is just creating an environment that allows for innocent russians around the world to be bullied or attacked simply for their ethnicity. How tf does removing the Russian team from FIFA stop the invasion? How does blocking films from Russian creators help Ukrainians? It is even more annoying because Israel, America or France haven't faced any sanctions for doing worse things in Africa and the Middle East. Why do people suddenly care so much? Are the people killed by those governments not real human beings? Are theyy lesser humans because they are not white? Russian citizens should not be punished for the actions of their governments, especially when the countries doing the punishing are guilty of those actions.
