I appreciate Mike Shcurs work with Project Main St. My mom passed away from ALS in 2021. I watched every day, every hour what ALS did to her over the course of those 2 years... it takes everything from you, your body, your freedom, your hope.... what an awful awful disease. Dying from ALS is also very expensive, even with insurance the disease really does take everything from the person suffering from it, including any ability to provide for themselves for things like food, rent and all those other non-medical costs. Without the help of organizations like Project Main St. those dark days would have been much worse. ALS also takes a heafty toll on those of us who have to watch. ALS research needs more money, more attention.

Dan completely screwed the context of what David chase said. He said the golden age of tv was over because they are moving back to the advertisement model. Separately he added, that he has been told to dumb his latest project down because the average viewer doesn’t have the attention span for a show that takes the time to set the stage and build the story.

As a long supporter of the Dan LeBatard and Stugotz podcast and Mike Schur's appearances occasionally, I am eager to discover where the actual ---- the ALS charity link is on the Project Main Street page. When somebody smarter than me finds it, please let the listeners know. I do plenty of research on a daily basis, but this is something that has stumped me since hearing Mr. Schur's pitch. Not interested in the trading card portion of the exercise, but interested in finding new things to donate to for a good cause. Thank you.

SNL already sucks. Ive been discovering clips to this day from the classic 80’s-2000’s that are 100 times better than what we get today. It feels like Lorne just lets the show run itself without true direction or quality controls. Tina Fey would fix that as someone with experience running the writer’s room.
