Wow, lots of space to bring the entire family. Privacy for everyone with all those bedrooms and bathrooms. Seems like a perfect solution for a family or group to relocate and have room for everyone who wants to come. Modern central heating in a house that size is a big plus. The mechanical ventilation in every bedroom is pretty rare and would keep the bedrooms comfortable and control the humidity. It's a lot of house with a US sized garage. Good to see Vitor again.

Perfect property for a happy extended family who feel challenged for space and trapped by their local housing market. Well heated & ventilated. Nicely laid out for social & family living. Scads of living space at garage level to escape summer heat. And immaculate to boot.

I think that it has one bathroom too little, and I also have a shortage of €579999,- But other than that I could live there for sure. 😊Perhaps I can rent 20 square meters in the garage? But in all seriousness, it is a real nice house. 👍

What I don't understand is: if you want a large lot, serviced by good roads and power, why don't buy in an US state that has a climate similar to Portugal.

There is a market for such property, and this one has been finished to a very high standard. I can't imagine how much this would be in the UK.

Maybe it was a waste of time for you personally, but there are other people that would prefer this house and it suits their price range. I enjoy watching all the videos from off grid 30k properties to luxury real estate. Happy that @destinoportugal shows us a broad spectrum.
