A great way to start your day with another video from Nick and Vitor. Seriously a good deal with most of the major work already been done. New windows plus A/C with heat already installed. Fix up the kitchen and clean up the rest and you have a great start in Portugal for a price many can afford. Without land, you can lock it up and leave it with no worries. It wouldn't take much to complete compared to many others. It's a winner for sure and probably won't last long.
