Thanks for sharing your experience. Could you share how do you keep your personal belongings like passport and phone safe while taking bath and meditating outside in the hall? I am planning to go next month but I am bit hesistant because of this.

I will be returning to Chiang Mai this year to do another retreat. I am a Zen Priest in Japan, however it is different for me as my foundation practice is Chinese . I enjoy hearing other views and in English is helpful. Love Chiang Mai! Will be one of my yearly visit places. I will check out this monastery next year. 🙏🏾

This is an experience to have. A retreat that will definitely lower stress level and BP. I like the fact that they allow you to film it. Visualising the universe will be the best for me. (Athiest 😇) I truly love your experience.
