Unfortunately while the car is parked on private property the plates are not an issue (as far as the Police are concerned). However once they drive out onto the public highway they will be committing an offence. As well as the potential £1000 fine, people are often not aware that their insurance becomes invalid because they are failing to comply with the insurance small print that says 'for your insurance to be valid in the event of a claim you MUST maintain your vehicle in a road worthy and road legal condition'. Police love doing insurance indecent/claim reports mentioning the vehicle was not road worthy or legal knowing the insurers will not pay out.

When you have officers and higher ranking personnel think they are above the public and get butt hurt when proven wrong there is an obvious problem. There are many styles of auditing, some more confrontational than others yet its ALWAYS the business or the Police who break the law or approach the member of the public. If you can't see how flexing your rights retains your rights then your just a sheep and we feel for you. If you don't like Auditing then don't watch the content it's that simple no one is forcing you to watch. The planning, travel, time etc all cost money, to make money you must spend money. How is this not work? Plus if you think Auditing is a waste of time then just watch a few videos back where he Audits a prison and finds knives and saws in the skip ready for anyone to use as a weapon, Or the fact that knife bins aren't always secure in police stations. @@davemould4638 March 2022, the Regs from an Act was updated. Its even more strict what reg plate you can have, and more harder to buy reg plates. Thats why that website states the wordage showplates and the disclaimer. I remember about 15 years ago Ford UK got heavily fined, as their new car owners were getting reg plate fines and points. In the end DVLA took Ford UK to Court as it was Ford problem selling at mass new cars with non compliant reg plates, anybody who got a DVLA or Police referal fine (with points) Ford had to pay it, and buy and fit new plates for you. The main reason now for the March 2022 the big update in Regs is so ANPR cameras can read them. You can not now hide you plate with dirt mud, polarisers, films etc, as the cameras are Ultra HD with real nightsight and can diferenalise between sutle colour differences, just to work out your reg plate. If it can not work out you plate it will circulate your photo and data it has worked out (from DVLA matching and other ANPR photo matches with AI) to the police days, times, and roads you are on and send police traffic cars to monitor and catch you manually. Starting April 2022 to 2025 - (Ford to start April 2022) all new cars sold in the UK will have new software that can restrict you speed and or report you to the police, Ie soon we all be having DART rfid style reg plates, cars that can not speed due to gps mapping, and the police car stop you car by wifi ing in to you cars electronics (ECU). Don't want the new restrictive government blackbox (even in your old 2ndhand car) well your insurance goes sky high then. 2ndhand car prices will go up then, except diesel as road tax is sky high anyway.

Before even listening to what the crime report was he closed his windows and drove off (not on lights, not on an emergency). That is illegal. Constables have no power to unilaterally dismiss the report of a crime. Next time they “ask for your assistance” with a serious crime … say you had loads of details about it …!… but when you approached an officer at the time to tell them everything, they drove off… and now you can’t remember anything, sorry.

Hiya DJ - just wanted to let you know that FTP 91 - the Grey? or Green? BMW X3? that you noticed outside the "site office" Is registered on my Vehicle Smart App as a BLACK Porsche Macan, Petrol 2894 c.c., first registered on 15 January 2022!! So, to my way of thinking either the A.N.P.R. Cameras are (a) not working at all or (b) are faulty AND the police (if they are involved/concerned about dodgy reg. plates) or the Site Management Company are being very sloppy in their "alleged dealing" with illegal vehicle registrations.

wrong he was bossed by the guy who told him to call the police on several occasions. The car was off road and on private property so it does not matter if it had showplates on or not. DJ, The police or dvla/dvlc can do nothing about a car parked on private property having showplates on unless they are not changed over to street legal ones before the vehicle enters the public highway. DJ had no basis for a complaint.

Like the Vids, but ,technically theres no offence for having that reg plate on that vehicle as it's on private land, catch it on a public road , theres nothing illegal at that point !!! if you are going to quote the law please know it.....
@DJAUDITS2 жыл бұрын
How did it get there?
@barney34172 жыл бұрын
@@DJAUDITS That doesn't matter in law, it needs to be on a public road to commit an offence, I know he didn't but he could have put them on it after he parked and take them off before he leaves. we know he didn't but its what you need to prove an offence !!!

I really hoped police will park on the soft verge 🤣 they have disappointed me 😋 excellent audit DJ. It does make me thinking how many hypocrites are out there. They want to put rules and laws on you but when it comes to theirs misdoings they don't even have balls to face it ( rather small balls I assume from this SUV size)
@darrylrichardson79402 жыл бұрын
The suv had showplates on which states that they can not be used on the public highway. The suv was off road on private property and so nothing was wrong with the car or the plates. So it looks like your the one with either small balls or a small brain but more than likely both you hypocrite.

With the ANPR cameras, I wonder if the road has been adopted, meaning the whole area is private including the roads if not adopted. As the area not gated either they "Landlords - can not stop the implied right of way", hencs maybe why the police would not entertain anything (not just because of resources), as its all private industrial estate managed by this management company. Thus the ANPR camera should show a private DPA cctv sign and the prinicpal Data Protection Officer (DPO) unit is ? Simular years ago on a main public A road, local paper asked Police under FOI whos were they; the police, DVLA, or other. Police came back and they were under Council control. FOI on Council shown up they were a Serco controlled on a test Gatso test project. Serco owns the Gatso brand in the UK area. Supermarket carparks, and fast food carparks, which have ANPR cameras, have signage of who is the data controller (DPO under DPAct UKGDPR). They are all private accessing DVLA data, at a cost to them. DVLA wins income from it.

Are you an auditor? I don't understand the reason behind your videos, On the one hand you say you want to film interesting places because that's what your viewers want. , but all you seem to do is wind people up with mostly silly observations. Surely there is more to life for you than pointing out that someone has a slightly different number plate than they should have.
@sly21962 жыл бұрын
From what i understand the reason behind his videos is to film and make sure the LAW is being upheld by the POLICE which they took an OATH to UPHOLD THE LAW and not be above it and not abusing powers. WE HAVE RIGHTS AND LEGISTATIONS IN PLACE FOR GOOD REASONS!, We shouldnt punished for excercising them rights!!! As he said in a previous video If it was a member of the public they would of been pulled over for that licence plate, If it was a copper they wouldnt bat an eye. . Secondary there are police that try pull any legistation out their asses to abuse powers hoping the public will give in. I have had police officers who abuse Section 50, Refuse to identify, WHOM threatened me with an arrest as a bully tactic because "i gave a PO a dirty look" took illegal siezure of my items after telling him "Even if i did give you a dirty look, its not against the law" Made a complaint all the Chief of police said "They are sorry and will work on themselves, If you believe this isnt enough see a solicitor"

you sort of lost this with your initial complaint, the car in question is on private property and not on the highway so unless you have footage of it on the highway why are you calling the police ?
