That cop just couldn't get it through his head that one gains permission from the aerodrome to fly in an aerodrome controlled no fly zone. The CAA governs the airspace not the cops. It is the cops responsibility to contact the aerodrome if they want to see the authorization. The pilot and the caa's dealings aren't always passed to the local plods.
