Intense! for a wrestler its a more than complete good warm up (with low volume), but for the average could be even a complete workout lowering volume. Thanks for sharing, I'll try too see how much of that can I complete. Just one consideration... the crossed sit-up may enphazise some excesive cifosis on some people, so could be replaced for something like a ren-tsuki towards the wall-ceiling end, keeping a more neutral spine. Thank you sir for your comment 🙏 Regarding the Exercise Does it hurt people who have that complication or do you believe this movement of twisting and bending the spine ( Elbow to opposite knee ) can lead to the problem ...just curious Personally I don't think the movement can cause issues.. Would like to hear your views

@@KarateTVtraditional thanks for the response! I always follow your content, is great. From what I had seen and experienced, some times when some people (with sedentary jobs generaly) are more prone to a cifotic posture, and that posture is enphazised with more excersice, it can lead to other complications in range of motion down the chain or up the chain. For example, cifosis may not be painfull (until age dehidrate intervertebral disks), but up the chain it limitates the range of shoulder flexion, wich can cause shoulder inpinchment when doing pressing motions like push-ups for example. So for that kind of limited ranges of motion, I think is more healthy trying to work rotación without flexion. Other active non-cifotic people like you, use spinal extension in life so they are balanced and there is no problem. But even in that case, logic tells me that working rotation without flexion is more transferable (similar in motion) to other athletic capabilities like jab-cross or wrestling moves that require upright torso.

Think you would feel much better if you lose a lot of weight... Try going on Water-Only-Fasting. I did it in 2022 for 40 days. In 2023 I am on 16th day of Water-Only-Fasting. You can do it, too.
