all you have to do is log in to a different phone and just keep clicking saying ok the reason why it happened cause u probably posted some inappropriate and instagram is very strict so, i tryed reclosing the app / deleting and redownloading nun worked so i logged in on a computer and a message pop like u aware of what u posted just keep clicking ok and eventually it will work my account was down for 2 days i couldn't take it kelp saying "ingress time out Stream ID"
