Count Arthur Strong: Green Room

I have only met Count Arthur twice. The first time was when, as a young researcher at LWT I was asked to show Count Arthur to the Green Room. This was prior to the start of a pilot show called "Pensioners Out Of Control". I suggested to Arthur that he should help himself to the refreshments and take advantage of the facilities. The second time I met Arthur was when Security summoned me to the Car Park. Here Arthur was helping himself and taking advantage to load into his Hillman Imp, three trays of sandwiches, two cases of wine, a hostess trolley, a mock leather armchair, one TV monitor and Sally James. A show business legend, I really do.
