Back in the day they would have a ford flathead V8 that was how it was. If you want to look at a proper historically correct 32 ford look at none other then Bob McGee's 32 Ford roadster. I'm always a believer that a ford car should have a ford engine & Chevy car should have a Chevy engine. That's just me.

I love flateheads to but olds, hemi, nail heads and yes small block chevys have been put in hot rods since the moment they were introduced! "ford in a ford, Chevy in a chevy" is fine but not when it comes to hot rods.

Great review, Danny ! Just one humble suggestion from my side: if you could make two episodes with every car it would be even better, I think. One like this one, explaining all the details, the origin, the history, and a second one where you could be driving the car, giving us some nice footages in and out, while you could be also narrating fhe driving experience. My father died in 99 and he would have killed to watch Counting Car's and to see your collection. He was a videographer and owned a production company and was a Mopar guy. But car people were his people, he was a truck driver and owned a trucking company prior to finding out he was a diabetic. The way he found out was getting a letter in the mail saying his CDL was revoked for health reasons, the doctor didn't even call him. But he was a very smart man and went from truck driving to making TV commercials, but he would kill to have came up with car shows like today. Actually if he was alive I bet he would be making car shows for TV.
