the concentration of blood is 300mosmol/L and it is considered as isotonic in PCT Then why it is considered as hypotonic when it is at the peak of ascending loop of henle with same concentration that is 300mosmol/L ?

See the diagram in ncert in which the osmolarity at the dct reach 200, clearly depicted there

As comparing filterate in descending Loop of henle it's water concentration is high that why by comparing descending and ascending we got that the ascending has less amount of solute compared to descending loop of henle that's why ascending loop of henle is considered to be hypotonic
