@biologyatease ​Ascending loop of henle salt ke liye permeable hoti hai and usme pump bhi hota he jiski wajah se salt bhar aata he in medullary region..but ye salt ko blood vessel apne saath nahi le jaa paati due to counter current exchanger system..to iska matlab ye hua ki jo slat loop of henle se bhar aaya wo medullary region me hi reh gya aur wahan se kahi nahi jaa rha to isse to medullary region ki osmolarity badhti hi rahegi hamesha.
