Hello, I saw this myself and I understand this concern. However I don't think it's going after the Chinese community. More in, as it was used more as a gaming experience for everyone to enjoy. It also could be a history lesson that ramen did actually originate from China, and was majorly popuralized in Japan when brought over there. Maybe this might be such actions that are happening in the game presently. Yes, such things like what you say are happening, which sucks. I've faced many racial assaults because I'm Asian (and Chinese now due to covid) during my residency in America, trust me, I know how it feels to be cornered. But sometimes, games are just meant for the enjoyment in times of chaos, not a statement against a race. It is supposed to bring us together in recognition of our cultures, not single out them. And please, if you have any rebuttal to this claim, speak your troubles. I don't understand a lot of things since I'm young (15), but keeping an open mind is what clears the way for the heart. I have friends that are Japanese and I hate it whenever people blame them for things they don't do. So please, don't jump to conclusions or rash statements about people, or a cycle of hate will continue for more years to come.

@@billyxu2697 without asking the dev it's all speculation, but VR uptake isn't great and China is a huge market for Japanese media right now. Primarily anime, but I suspect they're seeing China as a market to target as they cab simply translate those games for the West. Again, speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt

Yes, there is a bunch of targeting to the Chinese market (yes the market, I made sure this time) since they house one of the largest consumers in the world. Foreign entertainment is very popular (like Disney, the Yakuza series, and basketball) in China. Although it may not be the exact reason why, it is most likely the case with the dev targeting the Chinese market. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding, my head gets ahead of me now-a-days. Hehe. I'm the one spreading hate here. T-T

The big eater, as far as I can tell: Throwing any food in his mouth helps; but finished ramen bowls help more. If you get too close, he'll grab you, swallow you, and spit you out, and during that time he can't be fed, so it's very important that you stand back and literally _throw_ the food at him.
