Jiangshi is Mandarin for "zombie". The reason why its jump stat is so high is probably because zombies move around by hopping according to folklore. It bothers me a bit every time they call it a ghost lol. For those interested, here's the wiki link: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiangshi.

The jiangshi can either be called hopping zombie or hopping vampire. Now personally, I don’t think zombies move around by hopping, the only reason this particular guy can do that is because of rigor mortis, which also caused his arms to be facing forward.

This is my theory on the scoring: The yen and coins are much like the points and stars on overcooked. The stars in the top left corner simply shows how soon fever happens based on how fast the dishes go out, which in turn causes the customers to write great reviews for you restaurant. Finally, the numbers under the portraits are how many dishes that player served. While the focus is still on getting three coins like Overcooked's three stars, this Counter Fight has a little competition regarding each player getting the most dishes out. I suspect you can interfere with each other in addition to the usual kitchen chaos. How one can go against each other without risking the three star is beyond me. Besides, you are Overcooked veterans, where cooperation in mandatory to win.
