There's a funny glitch in this game, that gives you infinite LAW ammo - as long, as you hit the "Q" (switch to previous weapon) before the discarding animation is funished, you can switch back to it, and you'll still have a rocket ready in it.

Maybe they didn't like how this game was X10 times better, than anything they'd made. So it was about their hurt ego. Just look at how detailed are the character models and all the environment. The game is also well balanced: it's fair, while also being hard enough. I guess they would never admit, that they can't make any good games, and that's why they never produce any "half-life 3" for their fanatical fanboys with rose-tinted glasses.

@@user-ky1sk7kr6t Bro the characters either stand still and shoot or run like speedy gonzales and that's the entire gameplay, no variation, the same one enemy with the same behavior for the entire game. They also track you through walls and shoot the millisecond they see you giving you no time to react. Graphics are shit for 2004, story is non existent, enemies spawn multiple times in areas you've already cleared, there's one area in Motorcade Assault where they spawn infinitely and you can watch them do it. Gadgets are useless, you literally use the camera once or twice and then never to be seen again. The only good thing about this game are the guns which are the same weapons from CS 1.6 anyway. If you're not blinded by nostalgia then you're probably just blind lol. It's better than Tour of Duty campaign of Condition Zero but it's still shit overall.

I also want to know. I tried to modify in the game file and through the "default_fov 120" parameter in the command console. Unsuccessfully. I read somewhere that widescreen doesn't like high fov, so only 4:3 aspect ratio accepts the change. Now I do not know...

@@MateusRG Well actually I had to do a bit of a crazy workaround, since if you change the fov using that command and using "sv_cheats 1" (careful to not use it in VAC-protected servers that don't allow cheats, you'll be permanently banned), the fov changes everytime you aim with the sniper and also resets to default (90) whenever you change weapons. So the solution I found was to bind an unused key to "default_fov 106.26" (equals to fov 90 in 4:3) and using an automatic key input software to keep the new fov at all times.
