Hey Chris, Are you installing this on air forks or spring forks?

Mine are conversion springs, but it doesn't matter the fork type. It mounts externally

Do anything for numbness in hands and arms?

For me it helps. I have tendonitis in my right arm and gorilla gripping makes it hurt bad. I don't get that too much with the countershox. I did get a little at the 6hr race but it was very brief.
