billionaires are bad for the economy -how does no one see that? What I find impressive are the rich countries with relatively few billionaires in relation to the size of their economy, like Qatar, Belgium, Netherlands or Japan.

In free market economies like the US billionaires create jobs so they are good for the economy. In some countries with relatively few billionaires wealth is held by crooks and ruling families and are bad for their economy.
