Very excited for James. Wow...what a unique floorplan; but it sure looks like a winner. Thank you to Andrew, James, and Premium Coach Group for letting this be filmed! I had a day trip to Phoenix a few weeks ago and was going to look a few of Premium Coach Groups lower priced rigs. Their website was down the night before. So, the same day, I sent them a reservation notice and never heard back from them. Oh well...at least there are other options out there.

I can remember when this came out. It came in this bodystyle and the Magna bodystyle. Supposedly it didn't sell as well in North America (partly because it came so late), but there was an article that said they were commonly exported overseas with Asia specifically being mentioned. It's a well excuted idea, but one downside I remember is the coach seemed darker than usual when moving down the road with few windows for passengers to see out. It really is a coach you park and live-in one place rather than tour the countryside. It sounds like it will live a happy life parked along that river in Montana. Nice Video Andrew!

I love my 2018 Monaco Marquis 😎 My parents spoils me a lot but I’m an only child so it makes sense. I use my motor home for back lot BBQ’s. Me and my parents live on a 1,500 Acre Private Estate in the rural upper class neighborhood. I am so Blessed to have the Parents that I have🥰🙏🏼😇 I didn’t think I’d own a motorhome till my 50’s. With todays technology they could do a veranda on one side and opposing slide on the other side. One full wall hydraulic or two smaller electric. I've loved this design for years. No reason a current manufacturer could not do this.

Of course there's the 5th wheels that have the back door that becomes a rear "porch" but, I like this a bit more. I could definitely understand some might not though. The types who mostly stay at RV parks should go with the rear porch 5th wheel, when you're right next to another rig you wouldn't have much of a view at all.

I traded for one a couple years ago. I was always intrigued by them too. The veranda wood was rotten and it wasn’t cheap to fix. It’s a unique coach but unique coaches don’t typically sell well. Some say it was the demise of CC they spent so much money in design and production just when the economy tanked and it flopped. What I didn’t like about it was there was not much living space in the salon. We ended up wholesaling ours and it brought a fraction of what we put in it at auction. Camping World took a huge hit on it.

From what I remember the Veranda was one of the last models made before Country Coach went out of business. Some owners reported issues with sqeaks and rattles while driving at speed due to the drop down balcony.

As a Veranda owner I can say no squeaks or rattles from the veranda. The refrigerator, however, can squeak against the surrounding woodwork and it's right next to the veranda. A little adjustment and shims and the squeaks are easily fixed.

Taking away the doorway half way down the coach gives you so much more room. I would personally be happy with only one of the doors being a slider, and the rest being stationary. Maybe have some cabinets there....room for storage (have a track the TV can ride on....so the couch would actually be facing it??) or have the counter space and make that your breakfast area.....where you stare outside as you eat. Get a real sofa!!!! Screw that thing. Why every coach doesn't have a couch like mine (seats 3 with the outer two having UNMOTORIZED recliners) is beyond me. I pass out almost nightly on my recliner. (Head support is a good thing with a couch LOL) Overall one of the best layouts I've seen. Would be no problem full timing in that thing. Even both bathrooms have "Prime Pooping Positions". (Maybe offset the master bath sink to the right, so your chin isn't rubbing the toilet when your at the sink).

I would never own a class A with the entry door in front of the front axle but this is an exception. For this I would sacrifice the convenience of a mid-entry coach. Awesome!

Great Video Andrew as always. Question: How did the Buyer experience turn out after a year or so of travel and owning? Especially concerning the deck. I ask because I am thinking about having Showhauler build us a custom unit. With their steel frame, they should be able to do a deck as well. Thanks for the great content. Be Blessed!
