Quang, you gotta use the frying oil to make the rue for the gravy. All the burnt bits of flour and steak flavor in that oil make the gravy legit. Also, the steaks need to be flattened at least twice more than you did. They gotta be as thin as possible.

I love your videos and have watched for sometime, moving to Vietnam was awesome for the experience but life there is fast and hard! Your videos haven't lost touch but being there you could've made so many different dishes than provided in Canada! I have four kids and have to cook daily and am inspired by your cooking and how it's your twist,your take! As it should be with everyone! I'd love for you to come by and taste my take!
