Why buy a Georgian manor and remove all the period feature ?

Hi Laura, it's a great question. In short, there's an increasing number of Prime Home Buyers who prefer 'Modern Mansions' rather Than 'Country Homes,' inc Grade II listed. The sweet spot (from an Estate Agent's p.o.v.) are where properties have a blend - that blend is down to personal taste. Also, in Warwickshire, there is a shortage of Modern Mansions in the £2.5m+ price range, and that Broad Manor came with less than an Acre (Country Home buyers want acreage), it's no surprise of the type of Buyer that Broad Manor attracted, and how the Buyer chose to refurbish it, once purchased. I take it you, like me, prefer Period & Country Homes?
