Unless the artwork comes with the property, I'm not sure why you mention it. Lots of grey/monochrome furniture. 😞 Thankfully the sellers will be taking it with them. That's a low ceiling at the entrance, in spite of it being a "modernised" property.

Ah, this one is so much nicer than that grey Herefordshire mansion at twice the price. The dining room was perhaps an office once, and the kitchen is a bit OTT, but the owner did a reasonable job in each room. Looks like they have taken security quite seriously too. You forgot to mention the stone slabs in the garden, which overall looked quite nice. This would be a good buy.
