The real magic, however, happens when you cross the arch that takes you from the porch to the garden, here you are totally absorbed by the panoramic view of the Monferrato hills, which you can enjoy in total privacy.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a further area (where the barn once stood), which can be used to create an annex for your guests.
The house can be inhabited immediately, without the need for major work, and can be customized gradually.
Another very important aspect is the location of Cereseto, we are in fact just 20 minutes from Casale Monferrato, 30 minutes from Asti and just over an hour from Malpensa airport.

It’s hard to get a good feel for the layout and flow of the house the way you’re cutting from one room to the next. Do you think you could do more of a walk-through, with fewer cuts?

Hi Meredith! I think your message is very useful and has been a source of reflection for me. In the past I had tried to make videos in which there was a continuous flow in all the spaces of the house, to give a clearer idea of how the house was organised. The only problem was the length of the videos, for large villas or farmhouses there could be up to half an hour of video, and in any case not everything was shown. In these cases, when you need a more detailed visit, we can organize a video call from the property, so as to create a virtual tour in real time. Could it help you to have a clearer idea?

Hi there! Thanks for your comment 🙏 Most of the furnishings will remain in the house, except for some pieces which have just sentimental value for the owner, everything else is included.

Hi there! The closest station is Casale Monferrato, which allows you to arrive in Milan with a connection. While if you reach Asti station, you arrive directly in Turin, where you will find high-speed trains with which you can reach Milan and the rest of Italy without problems.
