Hi Sherri---Haha, thanks about the countertops, I love them too (I waited a long, long time for my granite...haha...like 30+ years...haha). I'll have to see if I can find one of those dollar tree frame lanterns. :) I'm thinking I would treat it in much the same manner...I'd probably have to tack the pip berry garland to the frame in some way though (they don't have glass correct?). :) Thank you so much for your sweet words!

I loved watching your process on this video!! When we look at finished products on Pinterest we think oh, that should be easy but only to go and try and find that it's not at all as easy as they'd have you believe. Watching you work out the details was good because it shows that if you just keep trying you can figure it out and be pleased with the outcome! I love this those white sunflowers are gorgeous, you find the best flowers. We are more limited at the variety of flowers in So. California so they don't make the silk flowers in as many varieties. Or perhaps I haven't been looking for the right ones, following you I am going to go on a search for more varieties. Thank you for your creativity and your generosity.

Love the fairy lights - I bet they look like fireflies when the kitchen lights are off. I've bought my lanterns in pairs, and I'm in the process of making neutral colored bows for one pair, which I'll decorate with cream Gerber daisies and picks that have pearl and antique gold berries - sometimes quieter just works, the way it did with your black and burlap wreath, you know??!! About your decorating style - I'd probably call it traditional with an eclectic country twist. Enjoy your time off!

Hello Arlynn, I am in love with your lantern!!! I watched as you struggled with the owl and pip berries. However, I never doubted that you would win your battle with them. I have to admit that I was struggling right along with you as you worked your way through all of the obstacles you encountered .Isn't it absurd how we put so much pressure on ourselves when that wicked camera begins rolling???? As a new subscriber, I love your tutorials, humility, patience in explaining what you're doing. Your work is beautiful. I have one question. Do you have a tutorial for your funky bow? They're gorgeous, and bow making is my hardest thing to do. I have weakness in both my hands as a result of a broken neck in 3 places from a bad head on car crash. I also have a TBI from the same car crash so I don't always "get things" right away. That's why I love your layed back style and willingness to laugh at yourself. Do you think that I should invest in the 5 or 6 finger Bowdabra instead as my hand won't cramp up then? That is something I understand. But could I make a "funky bow" with one? Also, what type of ribbons are the best to buy when making bows. This may be too elementary for you to teach, so could you lead me in the right direction?
