No. In the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth, Lithuania ceded all of Ukraine to Poland. Lithuania was subject to heavy Polonisation and after the interwar Vilnius had been taken by Poland, causing Lithuania to even align itself with the Soviets to retake the region.
