Ok, so I was doing a ton of research on poultry over the summer, because I just really like farm birds and stuff like that, and I also live in Michigan. Would you say that metzer farms is the best place to order from? Cuz I know we have townline hatchery in Zealand, but they don't have geese, but hoover in Iowa does...

I was happy with Metzer but they are the only ones I have experience with. I chose them because they had the birds I wanted available at the same time. I checked a couple other places but the minimum birds or type of birds just didn't fit what I wanted. I don't remember for sure which ones they were. I am hoping to sell goslings this spring and my goose has laid 5 eggs now, but I haven't seen any mating activity between her and the gander so I don't know if they're fertile.
