Let's be honest, we all know we need functioning hospital. The cruellest thing about this virus is that the more people catch it, the more hospital staff catch it, and so more staff have to stay off isolating. The end result, we now have people waiting for 19 hours in an ambulance to get into hospitals, which in turn means that the ambulance can not be used for anything else. It is a problem. Anyone saying we should just let the virus spread obviously doesn't expect to be in an ambulance anytime soon, but then again, who does?
