I'm rewatching this and I realize in the beginning of CSA he was screaming "TEX" so I'm pretty sure that is short for Texas, I wonder if Texas is CSA's Fav "child". (Don't ask me why I'm awake)

It's okay, and um actually not really Texas and CSA were actually childhood best friends, now their relationship is a bit more complicated. But mostly Texas mostly hates CSA and CSA is just kinda still trying to be Texas's friend. (Although most of the time CSA just likes annoying him) And CSA does not see Texas as his child at all, that would just be weird for my AU, considering they both knew each other when they were both colonies.
