Wow, that dish looks delicious. I'm from South America, from Chile, and I used to have two Persian friends from Iran, a girl named Shiva who was an obstetrician, and a guy named Ashkhan who was studying engineering. Both were incredible and very pleasant people. Most people think that in Iran they're Arabs, but they're actually Persian (a vast majority) and they speak Farsi. Hopefully, one day Iran will be a less restrictive country, and it'll be easier to travel and explore. Iran is a wonderful country; I hope to visit it someday.

The pomegranates look wonderful in all the ways you used them today, Saina. Wow! I loved watching all the food preparations you did today. The plants being brought inside your home and finding specific spots for them was special. Why? It brought back a memory of my father doing the same thing in Autumn with the plants he had outside our home. Right now, I only have one plant in my apartment for our Christmas celebration. It's a North Folk Pine tree that I am put tiny white lights on, and pretty little ornaments will come out in a couple weeks when it is December. In our apt they do not allow Christmas trees, but my North Folk Pine tree is an indoor plant year-round. It is a way I can have my real tree. LAUGH! Thank you for sharing all you did today, Saina. У вас очень красивая семья и все ваши бабушки и дедушки. Гены отличные. Даже не верится, что я смотрю ролик про жизнь в Иране. Такая большая разница в жизни разных людей Ирана. Просто небо и земля! Приготовление блюд очень похоже на то, как готовят в Баку, в Азербайджане. Эти две страны находятся рядом друг с другом, разделяет только граница, поэтому очень много похожего в кухне, в менталитете людей, в обычаях и многом другом. Hi Saina, another great recipe. I love the use of pomegranate and red cabbage. I used to eat a lot of pomegranate when I lived in Dubai. They used the paste in fatoush. It looks a great stew, what else did you put in there? When you pour it out there is tomato or onions perhaps? Wow you look like your Mom!
