Along with everyone else on this thread, Joey's passing hurt me deeply. I was especially captivated by her smile, so warm and genuine. I am grateful that she had a husband that loved and cherished her, with an obvious devotion you can see as he looks at her in this video. While her life was cut short, Rory had the companion that loved him as well, unlike so many of us.

it was during December last year 2019, I was facing up to my first Christmas without my Beloved Angel, wife of 40 years, taken home 1st Feb 2019. This song popped up on my KZbin homepage and listening to, touched me so deeply. It was a week or so later that the Tribute to Joey popped up on my YT and I learned for the first time the tragic events of her life. I was shattered.
